In a world full of distractions and values that are popular but erroneous, wrong values are glorified and marketed to our children through various modes like TV, films, social media, society and friends. The right path to living a fulfilled and meaningful life becomes faint and unclear. Making the right choices in life for a child becomes an undaunting and difficult task.

The attraction towards the popular values is irresistible although they are flawed and detrimental to long term goals which are of great value for his bright future. He pursues the path of least resistance and the pursuit of maximum pleasure in the short term. He is blind and ignorant about his choices and its grave consequences and impact on his entire life. This can easily be attributed to his lack of maturity and experience in the matters of life. When elders and parents divert his attention towards the pursuit of goals of significance it normally takes an ugly turn and results in an argument that is filled with blame and denial. The purpose of the argument is defeated, and the quality of the relationship of parent and child goes on a downward spiral which results in the child drifting away from his only source of leadership and mentoring. His reliance on sources of wrong values increases. This results in children moving away from meaningful goals related to academics, bright future, better relationships at home, hard work and dedication are resisted and at the same time leaning towards things that give them pleasure like tv, phone, social media, smoking, alcohol and sometimes drugs. They develop wrong associations in the form of so-called friends and bad role models. The pursuit of pleasure dominates the pursuit of purpose and meaning.

Student Empowerment Program (SEP) is a Holistic program that can transform a regular student into an Empowered, Dynamic, Principle centered, Goal oriented, Motivated, Focused, academically skilled Student, who does the right things for all the right reasons and is responsible.

SEP instills the achievers’ attitude in the student to make him a super achiever

Through the Super Study Skills (SSS) and the highly developed Superpower Memory (SPM), he can study faster and better than others. He can overcome distraction through the (SAD) module. He has time to play and pursue his hobbies and interest.

The program develops his social skills to the pinnacle. He develops leadership skills through which he can influence his peers to develop right values and be loyal to the principles of effective living. He radiates love, peace and harmony. As a consequence, he attracts the right kind of connections.

SEP helps the child develop the inner compass. He develops in all the four dimensions: Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual. That’s the reason of his balance. He is grounded in principles and values that lead him on the path of true development. His life is not the product of the pulls of the social environment but the goals of significance, purpose and meaning.

In today’s world with all the destructive and damaging influences on one’s life and future, the child who is trained in the Principle Centered Living through the SEP is grounded and not influenced by this toxic environment. He is set on the right path to success and fulfilment. He does all the right things for all the right reasons.

For example: to understand the difference between a regular student and an Empowered student: A regular student is distracted and wastes his time on the mobile. An Empowered student will use the mobile to educate himself, and refrain from the damaging effects of technology.

The Student Empowerment Program can transform a regular normal student into a Principle Centered Super Student.
