Rejuvenate yourself

It’s an open secret that great success comes with even greater stress and exhaustion. People burn themselves to achieve that crowning glory of achievement and success. It’s a contagious sprit that has infected most people and given birth to a new social order in which success has to be achieved at any cost and that no cost is great enough to achieve success.

We get tired and exhausted dealing with the day-to-day stresses. People go through stress no matter what the reason be. It could be due to living in a survival mode (living in a state where one is fighting for his survival) working hard to make ends meet or growth mode (Chasing higher and bigger goals). Whatever the reason be, when a person is working beyond his capacity, he lands himself in a stressful zone.

People set goals by comparing themselves with others. Many a times they are not even their own goals. These are the goals that they set, after getting inspired by some other person. When our goals are not our own, it feels hard to achieve it.

Sometimes it’s simply that we are passing through very hard times. It could be due to the added responsibilities of a sick relative, some legal issue, loss of a loved one, natural calamity, and many such situations. Whatever be the reason, staying in a stressful state has bad consequences on our mental and physical health.

We have to balance the stressors or aid ourselves to recover from the stressors.

Your body is the means by which you are able to do and achieve all your goals, responsibilities and desires. Keeping your body, mind and spirit in optimal condition will help you achieve much more than if your mind, body and spirit is in sub optimal condition.
