How to overcome distraction and laziness?

Distraction and laziness is a result of doing things that you dislike. When we are forced to do things either by design or circumstances that you dislike, it feels like a drag. We would try to get out of that responsibility at the drop of a hat. There is no interest or enthusiasm to undertake such task. When our whole day, week and life are full of activities that do not resonate with our inner self we experience a varying degree of lethargy or laziness.

Many a times when our days are filled with tasks or responsibilities that we dread or hate to do. the energy in our bodies just drains away. over a period of time such activities totally drain all the enthusiasm and that results in lethargy or laziness.

Boring activity

whenever such a person is introduced to something of his interest, suddenly he is full of energy and the lifeless and dull person is alive and kicking.

laziness and distraction is the outcome of boredom.

To overcome laziness or distractions just indulge in something that interest you. Something light or intense. something extremely wise or stupid. Just something that makes you glow.

Interesting activity will brighten your moods

Try getting passionate about something meaningful that you want to do and achieve.

Think of some meaningful contribution of your capabilities to society. Pursuing a hobby or activity you have been avoiding due to excessive responsibility.

Keep asking your self. What is the purpose of my life? It may take some time to get the answer.

Pursue that answer and you will experience motivation, enhanced focus and also feel energetic.
