
Our minds are like a bucket.
And the water that flows into it like our thoughts. We can fill our minds with either positive or negative thoughts. Daily and frequently as we fill our minds with either of the thoughts, it slowly fills up. Then it begins to overflow into action.
All actions are the result of filling the mind to the brim so that action is taken.

Anger, Sadness, Frustration are the outcome of filling the bucket of the mind with NEGATIVITY.
You can alternatively get extremely aware of your thoughts and become the gatekeeper of your mind. Guard it from the negative thoughts and only let the positive thoughts in.
Slowly and steadily the mind will fill up with positivity and Positive actions will follow as a consequence.
